Savoring selections include the Pacific Bouillabaisse with lobster from Kona; Seared Diver Scallops with braised fennel puree, big island tomato, arugula and fingerling potato, Golden Potato Gnocchi with meyer lemon cream, parsley and pistachio; and Oriental Mushroom Linguini with grilled tiger shrimp.

Tropica Bar Hours: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Pau Hana Happy Hour: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm (at bar & lounge only)
Dinner: 5:00p to 9:30p
