Serving Excellent Four Course Wine Pairing Dinner

An intimate gathering like no other!  Indulge in an evening of fine cuisine and superb wines presented by Rich Hinojosa, chef de cuisine at Tropica Restaurant & Bar.  The visually exciting restaurant with captivating sunset and ocean views offers the ideal setting to enjoy distinctive selections created by Chef Rich, a finalist of Hawaii's Top Young Chefs.  Savor each course of intriguing flavors and ingredients amidst the soothing ambience of outdoor restaurant with cascading waterfalls, tiki torches and live local music.

Menu:  Four Course Dinner (items not featured in Tropica's regular dinner menu; four-course menu changes for each event.)
Price:  *79 per person, plus tax
