Samantha Spurgeon
Director of Sales & Marketing
Passion:  Travel

Samantha will partner with our Starwood Maui Sales Team to increase sales for both The Westin Maui Resort & Spa and The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas. Samantha also oversees the Public Relation and Conferences Services teams.

Over the past 19 years Samantha has held the position of Director of Sales &
Marketing at various Starwood properties and brands including Le Meridien , St.
Regis, Sheraton and W.  Samantha’s depth of experience, relationships with leisure and group partners as well as her resort marketing knowledge has led to Samantha’s success with Starwood.

Vita Canizaro


Vita began her Starwood career in August 2010 as a Vacation Services Coordinator
for Starwood Vacation Ownership at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Villas. 
Her past positions include Banquet Manager at Marriott Bay Point in Destin, Florida
and Catering & Conference Services Manager at the Casino Magic Hotel and
Casino in Biloxi , Mississippi. She is excited to share her Island knowledge and is looking forward to help create
lasting impressions with our meeting planners and their guests.
Vita finds personal renewal by entertaining her friends, playing golf and cooking.
