Ka'anapali's Royal and Kai courses offer some of the most unique challenges in Hawaii: distracting beauty with sweeping views of the ocean, gentle trade winds to tease your drives -- even a turn-of-the-century sugarcane train chugging by.

The Westin Maui looks towards the mountains across Ka’anapali Golf Resort home to the Ka’anapali Kai, and the Royal Ka’anapali Courses.  The spectacular 6700-yard, 18-hole Royal Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and is both distinctive and demanding – home of the Wendy’s Champions Skins Game. The 6400-yard, 18-hole Kai Course is more of a strategic round and recently hosted the ladies of Big Break Ka’anapali, Golf Channel’s premier golf reality show.
