Prior to boarding, you will be asked to present you resort room key to the driver.
Note: This service is available to all resort charge paying guests
To ensure the safety and comfort of all, no large items such as large strollers and large articles of luggage may be brought on to the shuttle, in compliance with federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations, no items is permitted to obstruct the free movement in aisles of the shuttles and exits, unrestricted freedom of motion to the driver for proper operation, adequate protection to passengers and others from injury as a result of displaced or falling items. Small strollers such as umbrella strollers may be allowed providing they comply with the above guidelines.
Advance notice of 30 minutes is needed for anyone in need of wheelchair assistance. Please inquire with Service Express.
