GENERAL SPA GUIDELINES
Guests of The Heavenly Spa by Westin must be at least 16 years of age for the use of the locker rooms, fitness facilities and spa treatments. Salon treatments are available for guests under 16 with parental supervision.
Closed toe sports shoes, shirt, and shorts/pants are to be worn in the Westin Workout area. The heavenly spa by Westin is a non-smoking environment.
Guests are encouraged to make arrangements in advance. Bookings made day of service and walk–in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment(s), please call our guest service desk at 808.661.2588. Guests staying in the resort may
dial extension #2588 from your guest room.

DAILY USE FEES
Enjoy the breathtaking facilities with the purchase of a spa day pass. This pass will entitle you to use the separate locker area, steam room, sauna and whirlpool. Daily passes are valid from open to close on the day of purchase only and is non-transferable.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
We invite you to use the facilities, including our herbal infused steam room, sauna, whirlpool
and fitness facility, before and after your spa treatments. We will have a relaxation area for you to
enjoy our expansive ocean view. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first treatment time, this
will allow you ample time to check-in, shower, and prepare for your treatment.
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effects, and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
We request that you do not bring any jewelry and valuables to your spa experience. The Heavenly
Spa by Westin is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
To ensure the tranquility of our spa environment for all guests, all mobile devices should be turned off.
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we require a 4-hour notice should you need to change or cancel your reservation. Cancellations made less than 4-hours prior to the service, as well as no-show or missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee.
